Replacement Policy
We only provide replacement for:
- Damaged products
- Wrong product received
Important Conditions
- Replacement request must be made within 3 days of delivery.
- Unboxing video is mandatory without cuts or edits.
- Product must be unused and in original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return/refund:
- Used products
- Sale items
- Customized products
- Minor color differences due to lighting/photos
Refund Process
If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Fake Orders
Fake complaints or fraudulent replacement requests may lead to permanent account blocking.
